Cosplay for Beginners

A comprehensive presentation over how to get started in making cosplays for beginners. The presentation will include an overview of how to use patterns, which fabrics to use, acquiring the basic tools to get started, and advice from a self-taught seamstress. For local cosplayers, the best fabric stores found here in Georgia are included. Fabric samples will be brought for everyone to achieve a better understanding of weaves and textures. The panel will also conclude with a brief Q&A for attendees to ask cosplay and/or sewing related questions.

The Late Knights is an hour long podcast in which Kevin Ray & Joseph Fouts tell stories, review video games, book, movies, and discuss general life stuff…sometimes. For NerdaCon v11, everything stays the same except MORE OF IT. Before the show, “Outset Island” will be performing live, they will be giving away a blind box to a lucky audience member, and will ask the audience to briefly review some of their favorite video games, books, and movies.
